Product tour
Real screens from a working Auteri back office: an electrical subcontractor with $2.33M of earned cash sitting in receivables and retainage, and the agents, approvals, and audit trail that go to work on it. Six stops, no login.
Shown with demo data. The screens are the real product; the company and figures are illustrative.

01 · The cash view
Know where every dollar is stuck.
The first screen an owner sees. Every receivable bucketed by age, current through 90+ days, with the number that matters on top: $2.33M earned and not yet moving. Below it, a live feed of what Auteri did this week. The badge in the corner shows the mode it runs in; in Review mode, nothing moves without you.
02 · Human in the loop
Agents do the work. You approve what matters.
Each card is a finished draft, not a to-do. A third notice on a $680,000 invoice at 112 days past due. A lien waiver ready for sign-off. A W-9 request to a lower-tier sub. Approve, edit and approve, or reject: nothing customer-facing goes out without a human decision.

03 · Lien waivers
State-specific waivers, counsel-approved templates.
Auteri picks the correct form for each payment and generates the document itself. Here: a California conditional progress waiver on the exact statutory form (Civil Code section 8132), prepared for a $420,000 progress payment. The register tracks every waiver by type, state, amount, and status, and a person signs off before any waiver can issue.

04 · The audit trail
Every action logged and reviewable.
Waivers generated, invoices chased, pay apps assembled, compliance scanned, accounting synced. Every agent action and every human approval lands in an append-only ledger, timestamped, newest first. When the work touches your money and your name, you can see exactly what happened and who approved it.
05 · Your systems
Plugs into QuickBooks and Procore.
Auteri reads customers, invoices, and receivables from QuickBooks Online, and projects, schedules of values, and change orders from Procore. Every number in the screens above comes from the systems a contractor already runs. Connection tokens are encrypted and never leave Auteri.

06 · The operator console
One operator runs many back offices.
The other side of Auteri: the console our team works from. One queue carries every customer's follow-ups, waivers, pay apps, and compliance requests. Work the agents finished on their own is marked done; everything else waits for a person. No task skips the line.

The score we keep on ourselves.
How many customers one operator covers, the share of tasks agents finish unedited, and how often their drafts are approved as written. That is how a small team runs a lot of back offices without dropping yours.

Now run it on your numbers.
Drop your A/R aging export into the free cash-risk tool and get your own stuck-cash number in about 60 seconds, in your browser, no account. Or book a free audit and walk the same numbers with a person.
